These terms apply when you use chess.do. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The game and your account
You can play as a guest or with an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time.
Coins and other items
Coins, lives, hints and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them in chess.do. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to another account. Purchases are final, except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise; refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Fair play
Don't cheat. That includes bots, modified apps, exploiting bugs, or interfering with our servers. If we detect unfair play, we may withhold rewards or league results, remove items obtained unfairly, or suspend the account.
Names and photos
Your display name and photo must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, violent, impersonate someone else, or infringe anyone's rights. We screen photos and may remove a name or photo, or restrict an account, that breaks these rules. You keep the rights to your photo and allow us to store it and show it to other players in the game.
Changes to the game
We're always improving chess.do, so levels, features and prices may change. We may pause or end the service; if we end it, we'll give reasonable notice in the app.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
